The milk freeze dryer adopts vacuum freeze-drying technology, which involves placing fresh milk after concentration treatment in a quick-freezing warehouse, allowing it to rapidly freeze into a solid. Subsequently, the frozen milk solids are transferred to the vacuum freeze-drying silo (pressure of 30-50 Pa) and directly sublimated into gas through heating treatment, ultimately yielding freeze-dried cow's milk powder with a water content of less than 1%. Through the treatment of the milk powder freeze dryer, it can retain the original milk protein, fat, minerals, growth factors, and other essential nutrients. The milk freeze dryer is widely used for freeze-drying fresh milk, colostrum, alpaca milk, donkey milk, cheese, and other dairy products.

Milk freeze dryer features
The use of silicone oil as a circulating medium has superior thermal conductivity compared to water, allowing for effective heat transfer, which accelerates the pre-freezing and drying process and significantly improves productivity.
The pre-freezing and drying process is completed in-situ, which effectively saves installation area. The system supports user level and password setting, which realizes the decentralization of operation management.
Advanced gas guidance technology is used to ensure that the cold trap captures ice uniformly, which enhances the effectiveness of ice capture.
The gas leakage rate of the silo is less than 1×10 -3pa.m3/sec, and the excellent airtight performance effectively reduces the energy consumption of the vacuum system. By maintaining a good airtight environment, the vacuum system reduces the frequent extraction and circulation of external air, which helps to save energy and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment.
The drying chamber door is made of transparent acrylic material, which is colorless and transparent, enabling the operator to observe the whole process of freeze-drying.
