KFD-10 Milk Freeze Dryer is a highly efficient food processing equipment with a one-time processing capacity of up to about 100kg of fresh food. This equipment shows excellent performance in the freeze-drying treatment of milk. Taking fresh milk as an example, after sterilization, filtration, degreasing, homogenization and concentration, the milk is put into the material tray of the KFD-10 Milk Freeze Dryer. After pre-freezing, primary drying and secondary drying, most of the water in the milk is effectively removed. The Coffee Freeze Dryer is designed for the production of high-quality freeze-dried coffee. Its principle of operation is based on vacuum freeze-drying technology, by which water is removed from the fresh coffee concentrate to obtain coffee powder with excellent taste and easy storage. During the freeze-drying process, the fresh coffee concentrate is frozen into ice cubes, and then, by adjusting the pressure of the drying chamber and slowly heating the frozen coffee concentrate, the water gradually sublimates and transfers from the inside of the coffee concentrate to the surface, where it is eventually removed. This drying method helps to retain the original nutrients, aroma, and flavor of the coffee beans.The KFD-20 Coffee Freeze Dryer can process 200~270kg of concentrated coffee liquid each time. The machine is also equipped with an advanced Siemens PLC control system, which realizes the automation of production and helps to save labor costs. Vegetable Freeze Dryer adopts advanced working principle to first freeze a large amount of water in fresh vegetables into solid state. Subsequently, the vegetables are heated under vacuum conditions to sublimate their internal moisture. After this process, the water content of the vegetables is reduced to between 5% and 10%, maintaining the original volume while presenting a loose and porous structure with excellent rehydration properties.The KFD-50 Vegetable Freeze Dryer has a one-time processing capacity of up to 500kg~750kg of fresh vegetables, and its pre-freezing and drying stages are carried out in two separate compartments, which significantly improves the production efficiency. How Commercial Freeze Dryer Works?
The working process of vacuum freeze dryer is divided into the following stages:
Freezing: The liquid material is first frozen so that the water in it crystallizes to form ice. The purpose of pre-freezing is to shape, if the pre-freezing is not heavy points, the later material in the process of sublimation drying, will collapse, deformation.
Primary Drying Stage: The frozen material is heated under vacuum conditions to transfer water from the solid state to the gaseous state, bypassing the liquid stage, a process known as sublimation. This is a longer step and control of temperature and vacuum levels is critical.
Secondary drying stage: After primary drying, residual water is further removed by slightly increasing the temperature and vacuum level in the drying bin, ensuring that the final product has a moisture content of around 5%
