Strawberry fruit freeze dryer adopts advanced vacuum freeze drying technology to freeze and sublimate the water with low temperature and vacuum. -40℃ low temperature quick-freezing technology can perfectly preserve the shape and color of strawberries. In the process of low temperature sublimation, 90% of the water in strawberry can be removed. Moreover, vacuum freeze drying technology can effectively preserve the vitamin C, antioxidants such as anthocyanins, flavonoids, vitamin K and folic acid in strawberries. Therefore, the taste and nutrients of the freeze-dried strawberries are almost the same as those of fresh strawberries after using food freeze-dryer. Moreover, the shelf life of freeze-dried strawberries can reach more than 5 years.
