Fresh Flower Freeze Dryer For Rose

Roses have always been a symbol of romance and elegance. However, traditional storage methods make it difficult to preserve the natural fragrance and bright colors of roses. Now, with cutting-edge freeze-drying technology, we can seal the beauty, fragrance and nutrition of roses together for long-term preservation.

1. Rose to pick: use fresh roses picked within 24 hours and keep them dry in the shade. The relative humidity of the environment is less than 50%;

2. Vacuum freeze-drying: put the roses into the freeze dryer and lay the material according to 10 ~ 20kg / m2, close the sealing door, open the vacuum pump switch and freeze dryer switch, vacuum to 15kpa ~ 25kpa, start refrigeration at the same time, reduce the cold trap temperature of the vacuum freeze dryer too - 40 ° C ~ - 65 ° C within 2 ~ 4 hours, and keep it for 0.5 ~ 2 hours; Heat the product slowly through the heating system under the partition to supply the heat required by the product in the sublimation process. Heat the rose to 0-15 ° C within 9 ~ 30 hours to dry the rose. The dried rose keeps its original bright color to preserve its nutrients and health care to the greatest extent.

3. Weighing and packaging: store the dried roses in 5-10 liter packaging bottles. Keep away from light when the relative humidity is less than 50% and the room temperature is below 25 ° C; Weigh and put into the packaging bag separately, and the vacuum nitrogen filling packaging machine will vacuum the packaging bag and fill it with nitrogen for sealed packaging as sales packaging;

4. Inspection and warehousing: products are sampled for hygiene index inspection, moisture test, and functional component test, and qualified products are warehoused and stored.

1.Preserve flavor and scent from nature

Rose petals' unique smell is preserved as the moisture is swiftly extracted in a low-temperature vacuum environment using the sophisticated freeze-drying technique. Freeze-dried roses can add a pure and enduring smell to tea, cosmetics, or aromatherapy goods.

2.Keep vivid hues

Rose color is properly preserved by freeze-drying process, negating the need for chemical additions or pigments. Whether they are used as an ingredient in health dishes, as decorations, or for skin treatment, freeze-dried roses can display their inherent vibrant colors.
3.Never skimp on nutrition
Roses retain their vitamins, antioxidants, and other healthy components even after being freeze-dried. This implies that utilizing freeze-dried roses will benefit your health in addition to your sense of beauty.
4.Increase the shelf life
Roses that have been freeze-dried save a lot of money on storage and transportation because they don't need to be refrigerated and may be kept at room temperature for many years without losing their original quality.
