Industrial vacuum freeze dryers are made of several different parts, for example, refrigerating system, vacuum system, heating system and Electrical instrument control system. The main components are, drying chamber, condenser, refrigerating unit, vacuum pump, and heating/cooling unit. The working principle of industrial vacuum freeze dryers is to freeze the dry materials to the temperature below the triple point. Then sublimates the solid moisture into vapor state, dries the raw material. After the pre-treatment, the materials are transferred into frozen chamber to freeze and then drying chamber to dehydrate, afterwards it will be packaged in the post-treatment workshop. The vacuum system provides low pressure condition for sublimation & drying chamber, the heating system provides heat energy for materials to sublimates, and the refrigerating system provides cooling capacity for cold trap and drying chamber.

The freeze-drying process of production vacuum freeze-drying machine includes three stages: pre-freezing, sublimation and freeze-drying. Reasonably and effectively shortening the period of freeze-drying has obvious economic value in industrial production. Freeze drying refers to the pre-cooling and freezing of substances containing a large amount of water into solids, and then directly sublimating the water vapor under the conditions of vacuum, while the substances themselves remain in the ice shelf during freezing. Therefore, the volume of the product-type vacuum freeze dryer remains unchanged after drying, and the loose and porous freeze-drying machine absorbs heat during sublimation. Cause the temperature of the product itself to drop and slow down the sublimation speed, in order to increase the sublimation speed, shorten the drying time, it is necessary to properly heat the product. The whole drying is carried out at a lower temperature.
