Also, it is necessary to prepare before starting up
1) confirm that the power supply of the unit and the controller has been connected.
2) confirm that the cooling tower fan, cooling water pump and cooling water pump have been opened.
3) confirm that the end fan coil unit has been electrified and started.
(2) to start
1) press the status button ON the keyboard, and then switch the unit ON/OFF(ON/OFF) toggle switch under the keyboard to the position ON (ON).
2) the unit will conduct a self-inspection. After a few seconds, one compressor will start up and another compressor will start up after the load increases.
3) once the unit is started, all operations are not automatic. The unit starts and stops automatically according to the change of cold load (temperature of chilled water supply and return water).
Log normal operation
1) in normal operation of the unit, the controller will monitor oil pressure, motor current and other system parameters. In case of any problem, the control system will automatically take corresponding measures to protect the unit and display fault information on the unit screen. (please refer to the installation, operation and maintenance manual for details)
2) within the operating cycle of every 24 hours, special personnel shall record the operating conditions of the unit at a fixed time interval permanently.
(4) stop
1) as long as the unit ON/OFF toggle switch under the keyboard is switched to the disconnected position, the unit can be stopped.
2) in order to prevent damage, do not cut off the power supply of the unit even when the unit is shut down.
3. Operation of fan and water pump
The fan of cooling tower, cooling water pump and cooling water pump are all independently controlled. Before starting up, the power supply should be confirmed to be normal, without reverse phase and intact phase.
The valves in the piping should be confirmed to be open before the cooling water pump is opened.
