How to choose the most suitable industrial chiller, in fact, it is very simple to have a selection formula:
Refrigerating capacity = chilled water flow *4.187* temperature difference * coefficient
1. Chilled water flow refers to the flow of cold water required by the machine during operation. The unit shall be converted into liters/second;
2. Temperature difference refers to the temperature difference between the water inlet and outlet of the machine;
3. 4.187 is quantitative (specific heat capacity of water);
4. The coefficient of 1.3 is required to select the air-cooled chiller, while the coefficient of 1.1 is required to select the water-cooled chiller.
5. Select corresponding machine models according to the calculated refrigerating capacity.
Generally, the size of the cold water machine should be calculated by P, but the most important thing is to know the rated refrigerating capacity. Generally, if the air cooling is 9.07kw, the machine should be used by 3P, and so on. Therefore, the most important choice of industrial chiller is to find the rated refrigerating capacity
