Common pressure problems of freeze dryer refrigeration system
As the heart of the freeze dryer, the refrigeration system plays a very important role, and it is very important for the maintenance and maintenance of the refrigeration system. The refrigeration system is prone to failures such as poor refrigeration and system leakage due to poor working conditions and long-term operation, vibration and thermal expansion during operation, which affect the freeze-drying of medicines, and timely maintenance of the refrigeration system. It is very important to deal with the failure of the refrigeration system.
Under normal circumstances, the normal display range of the pressure gauge during freeze-drying operation:
Low pressure gauge: due to the control function of the low pressure relay, the general pressure will not exceed 2 Bar (after the pressure exceeds 2 Bar, the liquid supply solenoid valve of the refrigeration system is closed, and the solenoid valve opens again after the pressure drops to the differential value)
Medium pressure gauge: The pressure is always higher than the low pressure, the pressure is higher at the beginning of the temperature drop, and then it will decrease with the decrease of the low pressure, but will not reach the vacuum; due to the regulating effect of the hot gas bypass regulating valve, it is finally maintained at the setting of the valve The pressure is about 1.5 ~ 2.5 Bar.
High pressure gauge: The pressure changes with the size of the load, as well as the flow and temperature of the cooling water, generally around 12 Bar is more appropriate.
