Maintenance of Freeze dryer
1. Before operating the machine, the moisture inside cold trap need to be cleaned, cold trap needs to be wiped if necessary. We recommend that to turn off drain valve before processing freeze drying.
2. During the freeze drying process, do not turn on and off the switch frequently. If the freeze dryer stops running due to incorrect manual, then it can not be restarted immediately. It can be restarted at least after 20 minutes, preventing the damage of refrigerator.
3. The ice on cold trap would transfer into liquid form after freeze drying. Once the freeze drying finishes, rotate the valve into cold trap, clean the coil with a towel and the valve is rotated to open. The valve must be slowly rotated in order to avoid clogging.
4. Check if there is dusts on the liquefier under the bottom of machine, wash it when necessary. While checking the heat-exchanger, open the box, lay the exchanger on the mat. High-pressure air can be used to wash heat-exchanger appropriately.
5. We should try our best to avoid non-loaded.
6. During the drying process, we should not use switches continuously, in order to prevent over load.
