Kassel’s freeze dryers can be customized to choose SIP/CIP systems, which are Sterilzation in place and clean in place respectively.
The SIP system - Sterilzation in place; Pure steam sterilization ensures the lowest risk of contamination of sterile products (meeting pressure vessel standards). The whole sterilization process is one-key operation. The use of pulsating pre-vacuum steam disinfection, to achieve the drying box in every corner sterile. F0 value records show that it has a perfect safety interlock protection function, which makes the on-line sterilization process more safe.
The CIP system – Cleaning in place; Reasonable distribution in the box of wide-angle, omni-directional CIP spray ball, cross repeated cleaning, to ensure that every corner can get full and strong cleaning, automatic pressure control design, in order to ensure the one-time cleaning effect for you to save more water for injection. The water ring pump is used to remove the residual water. In-place cleaning can be done by manual or automatic program at your choice.
