To increase production efficiency, Kassel utilizes an advanced automatic loading and unloading system. Initial products are placed on pallets on carts which are suspended from an overhead monorail. By easily sliding the cart, the operator is able to quickly and accurately transfer the product to the required areas such as the IQF chamber, the freeze dryer, the packaging area, the washing area and the palletized clean room, etc. The Kassel Food Freeze Dryer has a modular design, with all the subsystems being stand-alone modules, e.g. the IQF, the drying compartments, and the refrigeration system are all mounted independently of the drying chamber. This design allows for easy transportation, installation and maintenance.
1.Kassel KFD freeze dryer adopts 304 stainless steel drying chamber and condenser, conforms to the standard of food production, corrosion-resistant.
2.Anodized aluminum alloy shelves and trays for good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
3.Material and trays are transported on overhead rails and carts, saving transportation costs.
4.Drying chambers, IQF chambers, material and pallet loading and unloading areas are connected by overhead monorails.
5.Italian Refcomp single-stage screw compressor with energy regulation.
6.Vacuum system adopts the combination of one-stage rotary vane pump vacuum pump + two-stage Roots pump vacuum pump, the ultimate vacuum degree can reach 5Pa.
7.Computer, PLC and touch screen control system.
