Beef soup lyophilizer

Beef soup is a traditional food, the main raw materials are beef bones, beef and so on, beef soup is rich in nutrition, fresh and delicious, mellow taste thick, it is an endless aftertaste! Influenced by the fast pace of modern life, instant soup processed by freeze-drying technology has become the favorite food of consumers. Among them, beef soup is a representative one.

Freeze drying field

The whole beef soup freeze-dried production line shall meet the GMP standard, and the production design, equipment material, production process and installation shall meet the requirements of SC certification. Production process: material selection - cleaning - asphalt - boiling - deployment - homogenizing - fixed mold - quick freezing - freeze drying - sorting and packaging - quality inspection of finished products. Our lyophilized production line is operated by PLC control system. The freeze drying technology is adjusted according to the thickness of the filling material, so that the central temperature of the soup reaches -45℃ for about 40 minutes. After the pre-freezing, a drying stage shall be carried out strictly according to the slope control and vacuum regulation technology of the lyophilizer. 90% of the water of the soup shall be removed by systematic drying, and then the analytical drying stage shall be carried out. The operating temperature and vacuum shall be automatically adjusted. After drying, 3~5% freeze-dried beef soup cubes were obtained and sealed for preservation. If the process drying technology is not properly operated, it is easy to cause the material to change color and taste, collapse and deformation, rehydration is not good, and the loss of nutrients.

Freeze - dried beef soup is processed according to the requirements of freeze - drying technology, and the consumer market is in short supply. The finished product is mellow and thick, tender and smooth, with perfect color, fragrance and taste. Because it is freeze-dried in  freeze-drying machine at low temperature, the original nutrients remain unchanged and the water rehydration is good. According to the  freeze-drying machine manufacturer, suitable for cattle, sheep, seafood, egg flowers, vegetables, tonic and other soup freeze-drying.
