Press the power/open key, the indicator light is off

Reasons for abnormality:1. Circuit board failure; 2. Fuse burned out; 3. Bad button switch.

Treatment method: 1. Replace the circuit board; 2. Replace the fuse.

The pump reverse indicator light is on and alarms

Abnormal reason: reverse connection of power cord

Solution: Turn off the main power supply, and swap the R and T positions of the power cord. If the alarm persists, replace the protector.

The lack of oil indicator lights and alarms

Abnormal reasons: 1. Lack of heat transfer oil; 2. Oil leakage in mechanical parts; 3. Misoperation of liquid level switch.

Treatment method: 1. Make sure to fill in heat transfer oil as required; 2. Make sure whether the media piping is blocked; 3. Clean the liquid level switch or replace it.

Over temperature indicator lights up and alarm

Abnormal reasons: 1. The heating contactor is stuck; 2. The circuit board heating has been output; 3. The over-temperature protection switch malfunctions.

Treatment method: 1. Replace the contactor; 2. Replace the computer PC board; 3. Replace the over-temperature protection thermostat.

Can't heat up

Abnormal causes: 1. The cooling solenoid valve is blocked and damaged; 2. The heating tube is burned out; 3. The circuit board is faulty; 4. The pressure switch is working.

Treatment method: 1. Clear the water hole in the solenoid valve and clean it; 2. Replace the heater/circuit board; 3. Check the pressure switch.

Can't cool down

Abnormal causes: 1. The solenoid valve is blocked or the solenoid valve coil is aging; 2. The cooling water valve is not open.

Treatment method: 1. Clean or replace the solenoid valve; 2. Turn on the cooling water/confirm whether the cooling water inlet and outlet are connected reversely.
