1. Be careful to unplug the power plug
The power must be unplugged when the side panel is opened or the control panel is removed, and the power must be disconnected for routine maintenance.
2. Pay attention to chemical solvents
Samples with high acid or solvent content cannot be dried without special protection measures (contact service if necessary), otherwise, the freeze dryer may be corroded. Caution should be exercised when drying compounds containing azide as it reacts with copper or other non-ferrous metals and can be explosive.
3. Recommendation: Please clean and maintain the vacuum freeze dryer regularly
For infectious, toxic, pathogenic, and radioactive substances, appropriate safety precautions should be taken.
4. Warning against freezing your fingers on the surface of the cold trap
The temperature in the cold trap chamber is very low during the freeze-drying process. When placing the material rack in the cold trap, keep your fingers away from the cold trap, otherwise, your fingers may freeze on its surface.
