Pet egg yolk freeze-drying processing equipment is a pet food freeze-drying machine used for freeze-drying processing of PET staple food, snacks, meat, quail, dried small fish, egg yolk and so on. According to the output demand of small batch freeze-drying or large-scale production, the freeze-drying area of the equipment can be 5 square to 200 square meters, and the freeze-drying treatment capacity can be 50 kg to 2 tons.

Compared with ordinary egg yolks and dried egg yolks, pet lyophilized egg yolks are dehydrated and dried under vacuum and low temperature through food lyophilizer equipment. 1. Freeze drying box:

Internally installed partitions for freeze-dried products. The freeze-drying box is made according to the requirements of drug grade, the cylinder is made of 304 food grade stainless steel, the internal mirror is polished, and the finish is ≤ Ra0.8. The outer channel is strengthened by standard channel steel, and polyisocyanurate foam and aluminum foil are used for insulation. The box door can be a sliding door or a hinged revolving door according to the actual demand. The internal mirror of the box door is polished, the finish is ≤ Ra0.8, and the external sandblasting is beautiful.

2. Slab layer:

The plate layer is mainly used for cooling or heating freeze-drying machine products. According to customer requirements, the plate layer can be customized, including aluminum profile plate layer or 304 stainless steel plate layer. The aluminum profile plate layer is made of excellent 6063-T6 aluminum alloy. Each aluminum plate is extruded and wiredrawn, with flat and smooth surface and good heat transfer performance. 304 stainless steel plate layer is processed with surface brushed square steel profile, which is flat, easy to clean and hygienic.
