1. Collection, cleaning, and disinfection

2. Drain and plate

3. Freeze-dried

Put the material tray into the freeze-drying chamber of the food freeze-drying machine for vacuum freeze-drying. Wherein, the freeze-drying process includes pre-freezing, sublimation drying stage, and desorption drying stage. Pre-freeze and freeze for 4-6 hours below -28°C; the frozen jasmine flowers are sublimated and dried in a freeze dryer and desorbed and dried; the whole freeze-drying process equipment operates automatically without manual intervention; freeze-dried jasmine flowers with a water content not greater than 4% are obtained. 4. Crushing and packing
