Deer antler freeze dryer

Antler antler is the unossified young antler of sik deer or red deer. It is a precious medicinal material, containing phospholipids, glycolipids, gum lipids, hormones, amino acids, proteins, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and other micronutrients needed by human body. It has the effects of nourishing blood, nourishing marrow and strengthening bone.

Velvet antler is a rare medicinal material. The lyophilized processing and production of Velvet antler requires a set of rigorous lyophilized technological process:

1) slice: slice thickness is 1~2mm;

2) Pre-freezing: freezing crystallization temperature ≥-45℃;

3) Primary drying: running temperature -45~50℃, vacuum fine-tuning 10~ 30Pa, running time 12~16 hours;

4) Analytical drying: the operating temperature is 40~55℃, the vacuum fine-tuning is 5~ 20Pa, the running time is 3~5 hours;

5) Crushing (as required) : low temperature ultrafine grinding

6) Sterilization: Light sterilization

7) packing; Weighing and packing, sealing and avoiding light.
