Gao Jialong et al. took oysters as raw materials and optimized the vacuum freeze drying process, and found that the rehydration time of oysters was only 20min, and their nutritional qualities were all higher than those of commercially available oysters prepared by ordinary drying method.

Let me introduce the process of freeze-drying chicken breast:
1. Prepare fresh chicken breasts and clean them;
2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces of 2cm;
3. Clean the food grade tray for the food lyophilizing machine, and put the cut chicken pieces into the tray smoothly;
4. Put the tray into the freeze-drying chamber of the food freeze-drying machine, close the chamber door, open the equipment, and set up the special freeze-drying process for meat (provided by the manufacturer);
5, wait for the end of the freeze-drying process, take out, you can get freeze-dried chicken;
6. Store it in a well sealed jar or vacuum it.
