Deer antler blood freeze drying process

4. Pump the mixed slurry in Step 3 into the Shanghai Red Lu Ultra-low temperature pharmaceutical freeze drying machine for ultra-low temperature freeze drying. The freezing temperature is less than -60℃, and the freezing time is 10-12h, then remove the mixed slurry

5. The solid mixture in Step 4 is sent to the pulverizer for grinding treatment, and then the crushed powder is screened to get fine powder (different grades of deer antler blood freeze-dried powder are obtained by sieving with a variety of screening specifications respectively); To form a solid slurry;

6. Put the fine powder obtained in Step 5 into the packaging bag, and use the vacuum pumping machine to vacuum the packaging.
