Instant noodle freeze drying technology has several steps as following:
1. Making the noodle: add suitable amount of water and salt into High-gluten wheat flour, After mixing, Xing, rolling, cutting, cooking processes, cooked-noodle is made;
2. Filling in the mould, After cooling the cooked noodles, add the mixing preparation to make the noodles, and then put the noodles and soup into each die according to the predetermined dosage;

3. Preparation of soup, according to the predetermined taste preparation of seasoning, made of soup, into the concave mould;
4. Freeze molding, the noodles and soup in the concave mold are frozen into blocks;
5. Use Food freeze dryers to freeze dry the frozen noodle & soup block;
6. Packaging finished products.
