Freeze drying procedure


1.Before freeze-drying, divide the products that need to be freeze-dried into suitable containers, usually glass mold bottles and glass tube bottles. The amount should be uniform, and the evaporation surface should be as large as possible and the thickness as thin as possible;


2.Then put it in a metal tray that is compatible with the size of the lyophilized box. Generally, the use of a bottom plate for bottled is conducive to effective heat transfer.


3.Before packing, first cool the freeze-drying box with an empty box, and then put the products in the freeze-drying box for pre-freezing; or putting the products on the inner slab of the freeze-drying box for pre-freezing at the same time;


4. Before vacuuming, the cold trap should be operated in advance according to the cooling speed of the cold trap refrigerator, and the temperature of the cold trap should be at least -40 ℃ when vacuuming;


5. After the vacuum degree reaches a certain value (usually it should reach the vacuum degree within 13Pa~26Pa), or some freeze-drying process requires to reach the required vacuum degree, continue to vacuum for more than 1~2h; then the products in the box Heat up. Generally, the heating is carried out in two steps. The first step of heating does not make the temperature of the product exceed the eutectic point or the temperature of the eutectic point; the second step of heating is performed after the moisture in the product is basically dried, then the product can be quickly heated The specified maximum allowable temperature rise. After the maximum allowable temperature is maintained for more than 2 hours, the freeze-drying can be ended.
