It is a freeze drying machine for Chinese medicinal materials and conforms to the GMP production standard. 1) Human participation in pre-freezing: after cleaning and processing the fresh ginseng, it is put into the lyophilized machine and frozen at -50℃ for 3-5 hours; 2) Pre-vacuuming: after fully pre-freezing, pre-vacuuming for 60min, the vacuum is maintained at about 20Pa; 3) Primary drying: after the pre-vacuum is finished, the primary drying stage is entered. At this stage, 90% of the solid ice in the ginseng is sublimated into gas under the control of the temperature and vacuum of the material by the lyophilizer within the technical range. The process ensures that the ginseng will not be deformed, discolored or destroyed nutrients. 4) Analytical drying: after most of the dried-water drying is completed, there is still a small part of bound water. The bound water has strong adsorption. It needs to be controlled by the curve temperature of FZG lyophilizer and kept in a vacuum environment of 5~ 30Pa to get the dried lyophilized ginseng with 3% water content.
