Product Description

The Dry case is designed according to vacuum vessel of international standard. Case shape is horizontal cylinder. Exterior has multitasked stiffener to strengthen. Test the vacuum air impermeability after welding. Silicone rubber is used to seal between the drying case and the case door. Sight glass with light is set on the door. Hanger rail is set on the drying case to take the products get in and out.

Principle

Vacuum drying means to heat the materials to be dried under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used for air evacuation and humidity removal, the drying speed will be increased.

Note: If a condenser is adopted, the solvent in the materials can be recovered through the condenser. It the SK series water loop vacuum pump is adopted, there is no need to use the condenser,so that energy is saved.
