Traditional mulberry leaf tea is made by high-temperature processing methods such as high-temperature green killing, stir-frying or drying. Such high-temperature processing methods will lead to the loss of active ingredients and effective nutrients of mulberry leaves, which cannot achieve the effect of lowering blood sugar. The technological steps of vacuum freeze-drying equipment in the freeze-drying of mulberry leaf tea are as follows:

1. Raw material of mulberry leaves: take fresh mulberry leaves in spring or summer, wash them and cut them into 2*3cm pieces, and dry them in a cool place. 2. Microwave degreening: the dried mulberry leaves are treated with microwave degreening. Power: 500W, finishing time 3 minutes.

4. Low temperature drying: adopt low temperature vacuum freeze drying equipment, put the mulberry leaves after defoliation and rolling on the tray, and put them into the drying chamber of the vacuum freeze drying equipment for freeze drying. The mulberry leaves are sublimated to achieve the drying purpose in a short time, and the product moisture content is below 2%.

5. Packing: The dried mulberry leaves are packaged in ultrasonic triangle bags. Soak in boiling water for 1-2 minutes when serving.
