1. Prepare liquid medicine;

2. The medicinal liquid is sterilized and filtered twice;

4. Vacuum freeze-drying:

(1) Pre-freezing: the temperature of the shelf is put into the box at 5 °C, and the temperature of the freeze-drying box is lowered to -20 °C at a speed of 2 °C/min, and the temperature is kept for 1 hour; then the temperature of the freeze-drying box is raised at 0.7 °C/min. When the temperature of the product reaches 20°C, the temperature is kept for 5 hours;

(2) Primary drying: reduce the condensation temperature to -48°C, vacuum to below 10pa, raise the temperature of the freeze-drying box to 4-8°C at a temperature of 0.45-0.55°C/min, keep warm until the crystal disappears, and then continue to keep warm 1-3 hours;

(3) Secondary drying: the freeze-drying oven is heated to 35°C at 0.8°C/min, and when the temperature of the product reaches 28°C, the temperature is kept for 2 hours; check that the vacuum degree does not change, end the freeze-drying process, and fill with nitrogen to fully press the plug. out of the box.
