The freeze-drying production process of low-temperature extraction of active sheep placenta by pharmaceutical freeze-drying equipment includes the following steps:

1. Soak, thaw, remove impurities and wash the sheep placenta;

2. Cut, pulverize and refine the sheep placenta;

3. After pulping, put it in the freezer for quick cooling

4. After freezing, take it out and put it into the first enzymolysis tank, put in neutral trypsin and papain, stir and precipitate;

5. Separately take the original slurry in step 3 and put it into the first enzymolysis tank to carry out secondary enzymolysis and precipitation;

6. Mix the supernatant of step 5 with the supernatant of step 4, and perform the freezing treatment after mixing;

7. Put the frozen supernatant into the second enzymolysis tank, add water for injection to degrade and stratify, take the supernatant and put it into a centrifuge to filter to obtain primary sheep placenta;

8. Freeze the primary sheep placenta again, add water for injection and reprecipitate to obtain high-purity sheep placenta;

9. Vacuum freeze-drying with pharmaceutical freeze dryer equipment to obtain active sheep placenta freeze-dried powder and fill.

 

Principal parts of the apparatus

• Freezing system:The freezing device is in charge of swiftly bringing the sheep placenta's temperature down to a certain level so that the water inside is totally frozen.
• Vacuum system:In order to facilitate the sublimation of water, the vacuum pump keeps the freeze-drying chamber's low pressure environment intact.
• Heating system:Controls the temperature of the sublimation stage and the secondary drying stage to ensure that the water in the placenta is gradually removed at a stable temperature.
• Condenser:The condenser is used to condense the sublimated water vapor into ice and collect it to ensure the maintenance of the vacuum degree in the equipment.
