1. Check whether the power supply voltage used by the equipment is normal;
2. Check whether the temperature measurement camera in the freeze-drying box of the equipment is placed accurately;
3. Check whether the vacuum pump oil in the mechanical pump of the equipment meets the standard of clear and not thick, and whether the oil quantity is negatively correlated with the oil mirror;
4. Check whether the gate valve in the vacuum equipment meets all normal working standards, and all gate valves leading to air shall be closed;
5. Check whether the defrosting water in the cold trap has been discharged neatly;
