Precautions for centrifugal chillers:
1. The main control parameters of centrifugal water chiller are refrigerating performance coefficient, rated refrigerating capacity, surge and energy efficiency of partial load, input power and environmental protection of refrigerant type.
2. The selection of the chiller should be considered according to the cold load and the use.
3. When selecting chiller, the unit with high performance coefficient is preferred. When the design is chosen, it is generally selected according to the maximum cold quantity that may be required under extreme conditions. According to the statistics, the operating time of the normal water chiller under 100% load is less than 1/4 of the total operating time. The operating time of 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% of the total operating time is roughly 2.3%, 41.5%, 46.1% and 10.1%. Therefore, when choosing the chiller, the efficiency curve should be given priority. A two-stage centrifugal compressor + spray evaporator solution is recommended. At the same time, the adjustment range of the chiller's load should be considered when designing.
4. When choosing the chiller, pay attention to the condition of nominal working condition. The actual cooling capacity of the chiller is related to the following factors:
A) water outlet temperature and flow rate.
B) water inlet temperature, flow rate and fouling coefficient of cooling water.
5. When selecting the chiller, the normal working range of the model unit should be paid attention to, mainly considering the voltage is 380v, 6kV, 10kV, etc.
6. In the design selection, it should be noted that under the nominal working condition, the outlet temperature of cold water should not exceed 15, and the outdoor dry bulb temperature of the air cooling unit should not exceed 43. If you must exceed the above range, you should know whether the compressor's use range is allowed, and whether the power of the main motor is sufficient.
7.
