Features of freeze-dried food production equipment:

1. The freeze-drying box and partition are made in strict accordance with industry requirements. The cylinder is made of grade 304 stainless steel, and the interior is mirror-polished. The production process and requirements are higher than the current domestic conventional food freeze dryer manufacturers;

2. The box body is integrated with cold traps, the front box, and the rear trap is designed, and the structure is compact. It is equipped with an observation window, and the observation window is equipped with a lighting device, which is convenient for observing the situation in the box. 3. The clapboard can be customized according to customer needs, and an aluminum profile or 304 stainless steel can be selected. 7. Adopt PLC imported brand control system, which is convenient to store data and operate more easily. It has two control modes, automatic/manual, and the control mode can be switched arbitrarily. The process setting can be set in multiple groups; the formula can be modified at any time during the drying process, and steps can be skipped at will;

8. Use soaking or steam defrosting to quickly defrost and clean.
