1. Replace the refrigeration compressor oil and clean the oil filter. There are the following methods to determine whether the compressor oil needs to be replaced:
Release a certain amount of lubricating oil for oil quality analysis and oil acidity measurement and inspection, or use regular replacement method.
When replacing lubricating oil, it should be noted that the brand of oil should be consistent with the lubricating oil to be replaced. Otherwise, it is difficult to guarantee whether the lubricating oil of different brands will have other physical and chemical reactions with the original compressor oil, which will affect the operation of the system and compressor. It is best for pharmaceutical enterprises to purchase compressor lubricating oil from freeze dryer manufacturers, so that there is less risk.
2. When the refrigeration compressor has poor refrigeration effect, such as the exhaust temperature of the compressor is too high and the refrigerant is too little, at this time, it is necessary to first consider whether the refrigeration system has leaked refrigerant and the system has been mixed with air. At this time, the maintenance of the freeze dryer should mainly consider eliminating the system leakage point, and then further remove the water mixed in the system and replace the acid removal drying filter of the system pipeline.
