Pet Food Lyophilization Machine

The working principle of a pet food freeze dryer is the process of dehydrating food under very low temperatures and vacuum. Water will be converted directly from solid to gas without sublimation to intermediate liquid. In this process, the product will maintain its original size and shape, minimize cell rupture, remove water, and prevent food deterioration at room temperature.

Pet freeze-drying production process: after the fresh pet food is processed, it is put into the drying room of the freeze-drying machine for low-temperature freezing, and then heated and dried under vacuum, so that the frozen water in the food is directly sublimated from solid-state to the gaseous state, so as to obtain freeze-dried pet food.

Different from the traditional cold storage freeze-drying machine (carbon steel and aluminum, with a service life of 4-6 years), the new generation of pet food freeze-drying machines has shelf pre-freezing without cold storage, adopts medical grade freeze-drying equipment manufacturing technology, and the cylinder and shelf are made of 304 stainless steel, with a service life of more than 10 years.

In this process, the product will maintain its original size and shape, the smallest cell rupture, remove water and prevent food deterioration at room temperature. The lyophilized product has the same size and shape as the raw frozen material, has good stability, and can be reconstructed and restored when placed in water. The nutritional value of freeze-dried pet food can be preserved, and the color, taste, volume, and texture are not different from those of food raw materials.
