Operation and use steps of in-situ lyophilizer:

1. After placing the material, the equipment will be powered on and the key will be turned on and off. The equipment will automatically enter the login screen.

2. Enter the login password in the login screen, the system will automatically enter the main screen, and then click "Freeze drying process" in the system menu. Set the freeze-drying process parameters according to the actual needs of the customer.

3. Make sure the door, air intake and drainage valves are closed.

4. Enter the operation screen, select the control mode and the temperature slope mode (it is not recommended to modify this operation in the process of freeze-drying), and then click the first-level machine to start, and the second-level machine will start automatically when the conditions are met. Then click "Auto Start" and the system will start freeze-drying automatically.

5. The vacuum pump will start automatically after the conditions are met. During the operation, it can be opened or closed according to the needs (this operation is generally not recommended).

6. When the freeze-drying operation is finished, the end dialog box pops up and click "OK" to finish the freeze-drying. If no further freeze-drying is required, click to close the first-level machine, and the second-level machine will shut down automatically.

7. Open the "air discharge valve" on the left side of the equipment, and collect the dry materials after the system is restored to normal pressure.

8. Restore the equipment to a clean state and disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
