Vacuum freeze drying technology

Large vacuum freeze dryers

At present, food freeze-drying machine equipment in China is divided according to the pre-freezing mode, which has two forms: shelf pre-freezing type and cold storage type. The new generation shelf pre-frozen food freeze-drying machine cylinder and shelf are made of 304 stainless steel, and the service life of the equipment is more than 10 years.

Industrial large freeze dryer

The cylinder of the cold storage type lyophilized dryer is generally made of carbon steel, and the shelf is made of aluminum. The service life of the equipment is 4 to 6 years.

The difference between shelf prefreeze type and cold storage type food freeze-drying machine: shelf prefreeze type is raw materials processed after loading into the drying chamber of the freeze-drying machine directly, after the end of the prefreeze directly switch to the drying stage, can accurately control the temperature of the material according to the requirements, so that the shape, color and nutritional composition of the finished product are basically unchanged.
