Pumpkin Powder Food Freeze-drying Machine

The production process of pumpkin lyophilized powder by food lyophilizer includes the following steps:

1. Selection of materials: mature old pumpkins are selected one by one, and the melon pedicle and handle are removed. The meat is golden or orange-yellow. The maturity is required to be more than 80% without decay and deterioration;

2. Cleaning: manual cleaning, remove the sediment and impurities on the surface of raw materials, soak the pumpkin in disinfectant after draining to kill the mold on the surface of the pumpkin, and clean it with drinking water 3-4 times to remove the residual solvent on the surface of pumpkin;

3. Slicing: cut the pumpkin into slices of an appropriate size;

4. Blanching: blanch the pumpkin slices to protect the color, and blanch them in 90 ℃ boiling water for 2 ~ 3min;

5. Vacuum freeze-drying: put the pumpkin slices on a plate and send them to the drying room of the pumpkin powder food freeze-drying machine for vacuum freeze-drying; The eutectic point of the pumpkin slices was determined to be - 21 ℃ by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In the pre-freezing stage, the central temperature of the product reaches - 20 ℃ ~ - 25 ℃. After the pre-freezing, enter the drying stage, vacuum, and control the temperature of the heating plate through the continuous heating and cooling system to sublimate the water of pumpkin slices into water vapor;

6. Crushing: after vacuum freeze-drying, take out the freeze-dried pumpkin slices, use the ultra-fine crusher for ultra-fine crushing in a suitable closed environment, and screen to more than 200 mesh;

7. Metal detection: test the product with a metal detector (sensitivity iron: 0.6mm, noniron: 1.2mm);

8. Vacuum packaging: vacuum seal the pumpkin powder with a sealed bag, and store it away from light when the ambient relative humidity is less than 50% and the temperature is below 25 ℃.
