Milk oatmeal freeze-dried porridge is a convenient instant porridge with natural nutrition. It is obtained by using the freeze-drying process of milk oatmeal porridge and processing equipment in the production line of the food freeze-drying machine. Milk oat freeze-dried porridge preserves various original nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that have good rehydration and can be preserved for a long time at room temperature. The production line equipment of the milk oat porridge food freeze dryer machine is widely used in all kinds of food freeze-drying processing and production.
The freeze-drying process of milk oatmeal porridge uses the principle of sublimation. It is a method to freeze the liquid milk oatmeal porridge cooked and mixed in advance into a solid-state, and then sublimate the water from a solid state to a gaseous state under a certain vacuum, so as to remove the water and preserve the milk oatmeal. The whole freeze-drying process of milk oatmeal requires three stages:

1) Pre freezing stage: pre-freezing temperature - 45 ℃, pre-freezing time 180 minutes;
2) Primary drying stage: the sublimation temperature range is - 25 ~ 30 ℃, the heating rate is controlled (under the guidance of the Engineer), the vacuum degree is controlled at 45pa ± 3, and the drying time is 10 ~ 12 hours;
3) Analytical drying stage: the sublimation temperature range is 30 ~ 60 ℃, the heating rate is controlled (under the guidance of the Engineer), the vacuum degree is controlled at 35PA ± 3, and the drying time is about 8 ~ 10 hours;
Milk oats freeze-dried porridge needs to be processed by food freeze-drying machine production line equipment, including pre-treatment equipment, pure water machine, cooking tank, mixing homogenizer, cooling equipment, filling machine, linkage line, CIP cleaning system, vacuum freeze-drying equipment, freeze-drying machine, post-treatment equipment, including the sorter, packaging machine, testing machine, coding machine, packer and other equipment to form the whole production line, 304 stainless steel is used to meet the requirements of GMP food. FZG food lyophilizer controls the production and operation through PLC electric control system and can realize industrial management through remote operation and monitoring functions.
