The running parts of freeze dryer need to be maintained and cleaned frequently:
1. Cleaning, tightening and other maintenance work must be performed after shutdown;
2. It is forbidden to use gasoline or kerosene to clean the filters, cylinders and other compressed air pipeline parts of the air compressor to prevent fire and explosion. Do not remove oil from pipelines by burning;
3. When cleaning the parts with diesel or gasoline, smoking is strictly prohibited, and there must be no tinder nearby. Used waste oil, rags and cotton yarns must be properly disposed of, and no littering or splashing;
4. The air filter of the air compressor must be cleaned frequently and kept open to reduce unnecessary power loss;
5. If the air compressor is used for dusty work such as sand blasting and rust removal, the machine should be kept a certain distance from the sand blasting site, and appropriate dust prevention measures should be taken.
