industrial scale freeze dryer are mainly used for the batch production of foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, etc. The Kassel KFD series is an industrial scale freeze dryer specially designed for the production of foodstuffs, with several models. Among them, the largest capacity model is KFD-250, which has an effective drying area of 250 square meters and can freeze dry up to 3000kg of fresh food materials at one time. The whole KFD is made of SUS 304 stainless steel and contains 24 material trolleys, which are used for transferring and loading materials, which can greatly improve the transfer efficiency. The walls of the freeze dryer can be up to 8mm thick, and while thicker walls increase production costs, they also provide better structural strength and insulation. The whole equipment is equipped with 36 material trays, which are made of aluminum alloy, with smooth surface, easy to clean and good heat transfer effect.
