Freeze-drying process:
01. pretreatment
Take roses as an example, choose flowers with strong plants and about 80% floret opening rate on flower branches. The flower shape is dignified, the petal is thick and plump, the design color is bright and pure, the stem is straight and solid fresh rose does the raw material.
02. Vacuum freeze drying
The sublimation drying stage is the longest stage in the whole vacuum freeze-drying process. Sublimation drying is a complicated process of heat and mass transfer. The four-ring lyophilizer is a multi-layer clapboard heating mode, and its heat transfer mode is mainly conduction.
The drying process is as follows: After the roses are completely frozen, open the vacuum pump and pump the drying chamber to the preset vacuum degree. Then open the hot key to dry the material. When the drying of the material is finished, open the water and air discharge valve, and then close the vacuum pump and compressor, take out the freeze-dried products and seal them for preservation.
03. Weighing and packing
Store the dried roses in a clean container. Ambient relative humidity is less than 50%, room temperature is below 25° C, stored away from light; Weighing into the packaging bag, vacuum nitrogen filling packaging machine will vacuum fill nitrogen packing bag sealed packaging, as sales packaging;
04. Inspection and warehousing
Sampling products for hygiene index inspection, moisture test and functional component test, qualified products storage.
