How to make the freeze-dried hawthorn, the producing process is as following:
1. Picking, washing, remove the core
The fresh hawthorn is selected and sorted, cleaned, drained and cored, and placed in the stainless steel material tray of the lyophilizer.

2. Vacuum freeze drying (freeze drying)
Pre-freezing stage: put the material tray into the drying chamber of the food freeze-drying machine, pre-freezing at a low temperature below -32°C, 10 degrees below its eutectic point -22°C, then the hawthorn will be dried;
① In the sublimation drying step, the cold trap temperature should not higher than -35℃, the vacuum degree is 25-50Pa, and the heating plate temperature is 10-15℃.
② In the process of analytical drying, the material temperature is 20-30℃, the vacuum degree is 25-50Pa, the heating plate temperature is 25-35℃, and the cold trap temperature is not higher than -35℃.
3, packing
Weighing the freeze-dried hawthorn, packing it in a bag, vacuuming and sealing it.

Hawthorn is the main fruit of North China, especially suitable for the elderly, children and women to eat; regularly eating hawthorn can improve human immunity, protect liver, inhibit cancer cells, inhibit gallstone, still have the effect that bate blood vessel and anti-allergy;
Compared with the traditional sun-drying technology, the freeze-dried hawthorn has the following remarkable characteristics: vacuum freeze-drying technology ensures the quality and characteristics of freeze-dried hawthorn slices, well maintains the nutrition and flavor of hawthorn, and has a long shelf life and easy to eat;
In the traditional sun-drying hot processing method, the nutrients and effective ingredients of raw materials are easily lost in the processing process, which will significantly reduce their nutrition, efficacy and active ingredients
