How to make the freeze-dried hawthorn, the producing process is as following:

1. Picking, washing, remove the core

The fresh hawthorn is selected and sorted, cleaned, drained and cored, and placed in the stainless steel material tray of the lyophilizer.

2. Vacuum freeze drying (freeze drying)

Pre-freezing stage: put the material tray into the drying chamber of the food freeze-drying machine, pre-freezing at a low temperature below -32°C, 10 degrees below its eutectic point -22°C, then the hawthorn will be dried;

In the sublimation drying step, the cold trap temperature should not higher than -35, the vacuum degree is 25-50Pa, and the heating plate temperature is 10-15.

In the process of analytical drying, the material temperature is 20-30, the vacuum degree is 25-50Pa, the heating plate temperature is 25-35, and the cold trap temperature is not higher than -35.

3, packing

Weighing the freeze-dried hawthorn, packing it in a bag, vacuuming and sealing it.
