Industrial Food Freeze Dryer
The thermal insulation layer adopts imported materials instead of ordinary polyurethane foam materials to ensure long-term cooling performance.
All steel pipes and copper pipes have been pickled inside and have strict requirements on cleanliness, dryness, and vacuum.
The water catcher refrigeration evaporator has a reasonable structure and does not accumulate oil, preventing oil shock and ensuring even frost formation on the water catcher for optimal refrigeration performance.
The inside of the freeze-drying box has rounded transitions, and the surface roughness is 0.5 m, complying with medical and food hygiene requirements. Both the freeze-drying box and the water catcher are made of 304L (or 316) stainless steel.
The hydraulic cylinder in the freeze-drying box is equipped with an original imported hydraulic stainless steel sheath to prevent hydraulic oil from contaminating the products in the box.
