The production lyophilizer operation management system must include an entry system and a group number selection system so that the manufacturer can be traced and product safety can be ensured. Its operating system, whether manual or automatic, must be carried out under strict monitoring conditions. Therefore, the operation management system should ensure that the production process is constantly monitored. Finally, it is necessary to be able to clean the equipment online, so the production freeze dryer operation management system includes the operation entry system, the group number selection system, the freeze-drying monitoring system, the freeze-drying manual operating system, the freeze-drying automatic operating system, and the in-place cleaning system.

Turn the key button to supply power to the control system, turn on the power of the control computer, and turn on the power of the monitor. Select the icon on the desktop, double-click to enter the control system, or select it in the program subdirectory of the desktop start menu to enter the control system. Enter the user name and password correctly to enter the operating system.

Group number selection system

Click the freeze-drying menu, and a dialog window for entering the freeze-drying batch number appears. Enter the product batch number and operator number: Enter the operator composed of 8 digits, after the product batch number, press the OK button to enter the freeze-drying operation monitoring system.

Freeze drying monitoring system

In the freeze-drying monitoring system, the motor and valve are green when the motor and valve are closed, and red when the motor and valve are open. When the mouse is moved over the motor and valve, the cursor will turn into a square, indicating that the motor and valve can be opened when the conditions are met; otherwise, the motor and valve cannot be used if certain conditions are not met. Restrictions on the use of motors and valves: when the HP is turned on, the up and down buttons are only valid. The compressor is only active when all alarms are stopped. The front and rear tank inlet valves are only effective when the vacuum pumps are fully closed, and the interlocking of circulating pumps 1 and 2 is effective. The relevant motors and valves are only valid when the machine is operating. Alarm display, when the background color of the alarm display box is red, it means that the point is in the alarm state. If the user chooses to flash the alarm, the font of the alarm display box will jump every 500 ms to remind the user. Numerical display, the numerical display box can display the current temperature and pressure. In the freeze-drying screen, the pressure and temperature display both retain 1 decimal place. When the set value exceeds the range, the program automatically converts to the maximum range.

Freeze Manual Operating System

When the process is not executing the automatic program, click the manual button to display as shown in Figure 3. The Exit button directly exits the manual parameter setting screen without making any modification to the PLC. Parameters such as heat transfer oil temperature, limited leakage and vacuum alarm can be set in the figure. Set the temperature and time of the heat transfer oil inlet. When the "electric heating treatment" is started, the set temperature value will increase gradually and averagely according to the time. The actual heating is controlled by the theoretical value PID, and the actual value is controlled within the theoretical value plus or minus 1 ℃. When the temperature of the heat transfer oil is higher than the upper limit of the set value, the program will automatically start the "cooling valve" for mixing cooling. When the temperature reaches the lower limit of the set value, the "cooling valve" will be automatically closed. A limited amount of leakage is used to control the vacuum in the box after the freeze-drying period. When the "limited leakage" is activated, the vacuum degree in the freeze-drying box is compared. When the vacuum degree in the freeze-drying box is lower than the lower limit of the set value, the "air aeration valve" of the front box is opened (the valve is a fine-tuning valve, Intake volume can be adjusted). When the vacuum in the box reaches the upper limit of the set value, the front box "air aeration valve" is automatically turned off. When "Limited Leakage" is turned off, the parameter setting of "Limited Leakage" is invalid. The vacuum alarm is the maximum allowable vacuum degree in the control box during the sublimation stage. When it is higher than the set value, the electric heating is forcibly disconnected, the cooling valve is opened for cooling, and an alarm is issued. When the vacuum alarm is turned off, the program will not compare the vacuum values in the chamber. The over-temperature alarm is an alarm issued when the inlet temperature of the heat transfer oil exceeds the set value of the over-temperature alarm relay. During the freeze-drying process, the temperature of the heat transfer oil is too high, and the program automatically turns off the electric heating.

Freeze automatic operating system

When the process is not executing the manual program, click the automatic button to display as shown in Figure 4. There are 5 groups of predetermined process groups in freeze-drying automatic, and relevant predetermined parameters can be used by selecting Group1-Group5.

About 700 ms in the initial stage of starting the freeze-drying automatic parameter window and selecting the number of automatic process groups, the value box displays "?", indicating that the current set value is being read from the PLC. After entering the correct value, press the set button to write the set value into the PLC. Click the start button to start the PLC automatic operation program. Click the stop button to stop the automatic operation of the PLC. The Exit button directly exits the automatic parameter setting screen without making any modification to the PLC.

Cleaning-in-place systems

Click the cleaning-in-place menu, and a dialog window for entering the freeze-drying batch number appears. The numerical input process is the same as that of freeze-drying. After the input is completed, click OK to enter the cleaning system. The usage of the cleaning-in-place monitoring screen is the same as the freeze-drying screen, and the principles of using motors and valves are the same as the freeze-drying process.
