In the freeze-drying processing method of brewing corn juice freeze-dried powder, the food freeze-drying machine threshes the corn into corn kernels, cleans and removes sundries, grinds it into slurry, and then sends it to the freeze-drying machine for low-temperature freeze-drying and dehydration. In the freeze-drying process, it is frozen to minus 30 ℃ in the pre-freezing stage, and the temperature of corn slurry is controlled at - 20 ℃ - 50 ℃ in the drying stage until the corn juice freeze-dried powder is dehydrated to less than 5%, Then seal the package.
