How to process high-quality freeze-dried chicken breast by pet food freeze-drying machine

The amount of freeze-dried chicken breast meat in freeze-dried pet food is very large, but high-quality freeze-dried chicken breast meat is very few. The freeze-drying processing of high-quality chicken breast requires good freeze-drying technology and a high-quality chicken breast freeze dryer. Pet food lyophilizer provides technical solutions.

Firstly, the contact pet food lyophilizer is selected. The box, diaphragm, condenser, and material tray of the lyophilizer are made of 304 stainless steel. The integrated in-situ vacuum freeze dryer and pet food freeze dryer are used to process high-quality chicken breasts. The method is as follows:

1) Select high-quality chicken breast for cutting;

2) Directly enter the diaphragm and freeze at - 45 ℃ for 180 minutes. The central temperature of chicken breast meat needs to reach - 45 ℃ ± 3;

3) Primary drying stage: diaphragm temperature control range: - 30 ~ 20 ℃, slope temperature control, vacuum control of 45pa and vacuum fine adjustment value of ± 5pa. Dry chicken breast meat to remove about 90% water;

4) Analysis and drying stage: diaphragm temperature control range: 30 ~ 65 ℃, slope temperature control, vacuum control of 35PA and vacuum fine adjustment value of ± 3PA. Dry the chicken breast and remove about 10% of the bound water;

5) Insulation stage: the temperature of the diaphragm is controlled at 45 ~ 50 ℃, and the limit vacuum is controlled to determine the material drying effect.

The pet food lyophilizer needs to have the functions of cooling and heating, and the temperature control range is - 45 ~ + 80 ℃. The equipment with a limit temperature of - 65 ~ - 70 ℃ and the limit vacuum degree of 2.7 PA can meet the vacuum freeze-drying technology of high-quality chicken breast and process and produce high-quality freeze-dried products.
