The fruit yogurt block is obtained by pre-freezing and crystallizing in a freeze dryer at low temperature and directly sublimating into gas to remove water in a vacuum environment. Because the food lyophilizer has low-temperature refrigeration and vacuum environment, the food materials that need to be lyophilized and processed have been dried under a low-temperature and vacuum environment, which can effectively prevent the loss of food nutrients, chemical reaction, deformation, and discoloration. Lyophilized food has the characteristics of rehydration.
The equipment of the fruit yogurt block freeze-drying machine is composed of six systems: freeze-drying warehouse system, refrigeration system, vacuum system, circulation system, heating system, and electric control system.
1) Freeze-drying bin system: it is a freeze-drying cabinet system composed of the material bin and condensate bin loaded with materials and condensate;
2) Refrigeration system: a refrigeration system of a low-temperature lyophilizer with low-temperature refrigeration function organized by the compressor, refrigerant, and refrigeration accessories;
3) Vacuum system: the vacuum system of freeze dryer, which is composed of vacuum pump set and accessories and vacuums freeze-drying box and cold trap;
4) Circulation system: the circulation system of the freeze dryer, which is composed of circulation pump and accessories, flows inside the diaphragm and provides cold and heat sources for the diaphragm;
5) Heating system: it is composed of heater and accessories to provide heat for medium oil;
6) Electric control system: it is an electric control system composed of PLC as the main control element, touch screen, or computer to control the operation of the whole vacuum freeze dryer.
