  • Various application: the freeze drying food equipement can be used to freeze dry vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, Chinese herbs and other health products such as ginseng, tianmu, panax ginseng, poria, shouwu, dendrobium, cordyceps, bird's nests, bee products, deer products, probiotics and prebiotics supplements, goji berries, plant hydrolyzed proteins
  • Industrial freeze dryer type: Conductive type or Radiant type
  • Contact freeze drying food equipment: This type of freeze-drying equipment utilizes the principle of conduction to dehydrate food. Fresh food is placed on a tray, and heat is transferred to one side of the food through conduction by slowly heating the partition. During this gradual heating process, water in the food sublimates from a solid to a gas and is removed.
  • Radiant freeze drying food equipment: Both radiant freeze drying food equipment and contact  freeze drying food equipment operate on a similar principle—slowly heating frozen solid food material to achieve sublimation into a gaseous state, followed by moisture removal. However, the radiant freeze dryer is more efficient because the material can absorb heat from both the upper and lower layers of the bulkhead.
  • Highly automated: From pre-cooling to the first freeze-drying, second freeze-drying, freeze-drying endpoint recognition, to the freeze-drying end, the machine can run automatically by simply inputting the freeze-drying recipe.
  • Dual protection design: The system safeguards the product and the machine in case of an operational error that triggers machine activation.
  • The working temperature of the cold trap is maintained at ≤ -55 ℃.
  • The ultimate vacuum is maintained at ≤ 5 Pa.
  • Modularized products are easy to maintain through system configuration and modularized manufacturing.
  • End of secondary drying with an endpoint discrimination function.
