10KG-2000KG Food Freeze Dryer

We provide two types of lyophilizers, each with a drying chamber with heating plate and tray, steam condenser, refrigeration system, vacuum system, heating system, defrosting system and control system.

Type I: contact type

This type of freeze dryer is usually small and medium-sized. Its freeze-drying capacity is less than 300kg. The tray area shall not exceed 30 square meters. If you don't have a freezer, you can choose this kind of freeze dryer. The freezing and drying of materials are carried out on the diaphragm. We have food grade stainless steel SUS304 and sanitary grade stainless steel SUS316 to choose from, and provide refrigeration compressors and vacuum pumps in China or in the world for customers to choose from. The power supply has 110V, 60Hz, single-phase and 400-480v, 60Hz, three-phase options.

Type II: radial

This kind of machine is very large, with a freeze-drying capacity of 500-2000kg / batch. It needs to be shipped in flat containers with 40 foot containers. The machine includes container unit (internal drying and steam condenser), refrigeration unit, vacuum unit, heating unit, trolley and track unit and control unit. Our engineers will guide our users' staff to install each module together to form a complete system. This type of freeze dryer is equipped with a freezing chamber to save drying time and energy. The vessel, door and steam condenser are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The pallet is made of aluminum and the rail loading system is equipped with trolley and cold storage. Refrigeration compressors and vacuum pumps in China or the world are available for customers to choose from. The power supply has 110V, 60Hz, single-phase and 400-480v, 60Hz, three-phase options.
