Principle of Pharmaceutical freeze dryers:
Freeze dryers have components as dry oven, condenser, refrigerating unit, vacuum pump, heating/refrigeration unit and so on. The working principle is to freeze the dried product first, then sublimates the ice in product. After the raw material is processed, it is sent to the freezer for freezing, and then sent to the dry oven for sublimation, in the last, it is packaged in the post-treatment process production workshop.
