Freeze dried drug is produced by pharmaceutical freeze dryers, freeze the drug into solid state under low temperature, then sublimate its moisture into gas state, the drug would be dehydrated eventually.

The existing Lyophilized biopharmaceutical cosmetics production line mainly includes the control system,  the aseptic isolator, the conveying mesh belt and the bottle washing system, filling system, lyophilizing system and capping system arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the conveying mesh belt are all arranged in the aseptic isolator. The conveying mesh belt includes incoming transport assembly and outgoing transport assembly. Apart from that, the control system connects all the other components together. This equipment satisfies the aseptic requirements, and can be used with auto-loading, and the importing & exporting system are separated, which means this can take place in the same time. The structure of freeze dryer is simple, and it can be used easily.
