Honeysuckle comes from the dry flower buds of honeysuckle. It has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxification and evacuating wind heat. It is the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. The volatile oil in honeysuckle is the main material basis for its effect of evacuating wind heat. Organic acids are considered to be the material basis of heat clearing and detoxification. Flavonoids have antibacterial and antiviral pharmacological effects. Luteolin and chlorogenic acid are one of the effective components specified in the Pharmacopoeia and are often used as quality control indicators.

Honeysuckle should be processed in time after picking to prevent heating, mildew and blackening and reduce the quality. The vacuum freeze-drying process flow of honeysuckle lyophilizer equipment includes the following steps:

1. Pretreatment: classify honeysuckle, take out impurities such as leaves and fully open flower buds, and avoid turning over with hands;

2. Swing plate: the placement thickness of honeysuckle is 1-3mm;

3. Pre freezing: put honeysuckle into a vacuum freeze dryer, reduce the temperature of honeysuckle to - 30 ℃ ~ - 35 ℃ and maintain it for 4-5 hours; The eutectic point and melting point of fresh honeysuckle were determined by differential scanning thermal analysis, and then the minimum cooling temperature and heating time of vacuum freeze-drying process were determined;

4. Vacuum freeze-drying: when the temperature in the cold trap is reduced to - 60 ℃, the vacuum degree is maintained at 20 ~ 30Pa, vacuum pumping is started for sublimation drying, and the vacuum freeze-drying honeysuckle is obtained after the drying bin is heated to 35-45 ℃ and the vacuum degree reaches 1-10pa.

The specific steps of sublimation drying are as follows: the temperature of honeysuckle is maintained at - 30 ℃ ~ - 35 ℃ for 3.5 hours; The temperature of Honeysuckle Rose and maintained at - 30 ~ - 20 ℃ for 2 hours; The temperature of Honeysuckle Rose and maintained at - 20 ~ - 10 ℃ for 2 hours; The temperature of Honeysuckle Rose and maintained at - 10 ~ 0 ℃ for 2 hours; The temperature of Honeysuckle Rose and maintained at 0 ~ 10 ℃ for 3 ~ 4 hours; The temperature of Honeysuckle Rose and maintained at 10 ~ 15 ℃ for 4 ~ 5 hours; The temperature of Honeysuckle Rose and maintained at 35 ~ 45 ℃ for 10 ~ 15 hours.
