The freeze dryer is made out of four different parts: Refrigeration system, Vacuum system, Circulating system and electrical-control system. There are components like silo, water trap, unit and electric control box and so on.
The working principle is to sublimates the moisture in dried cosmetics directly, and therefore the dried product is got. After the cosmetic raw materials are pre-treated, it will be pre-freezing in the freeze drying chamber. After it is pre-frozen, the dehydration was sublimated in a constant temperature drying oven according to the distribution curve. After drying, send to the packaging workshop for packaging production.
The freeze-drying process includes three stages: pre-freezing, sublimation and freeze-drying. To improve the stability and bioavailability of the active ingredients of functional raw materials, give play to their biological activity and enhance their efficacy. It has obvious economic value to shorten the lyophilization cycle reasonably and effectively in cosmetics production. The product solves the problems of constant biological activity, uniform color and lustre, full appearance, firm structure, fast dissolution, low residual moisture and so on.
The cosmetics lyophilizer is based on the three state change of water. Water has three states: solid, liquid and gas. Using the sublimation principle, the water in the pre-frozen material is directly sublimated into water vapor in the form of ice under the vacuum environment, so as to achieve the purpose of freeze-drying.
